Kay joined Shine Wrestling's brand new promotions in 2012. The first time she appeared on the show and formed a tag team together with Taylor Made. The duo took on Tracy Taylor and Su Yung.April Hunter later joined the alliance, with the group naming themselves Made in Sin. Made in Sin beat Taylor, Yung and Tim in the tag-team battle of six women at Shine 7. Valkyrie became the stable name following the addition of Rain and Ivelisse joined the group. Valkyrie defeated Amazing Kong in a tag-team match against Angelina Love and Christina Von Eerie at Shine 8. Kay won a qualifier for the Shine Championship Tournament at the Shine 10 Internet Pay-Per-View in May 2013. In the event that Kay was involved in the main event match against the ally Rain and Angelina Love, she was suspended at the request of Lexie Fyfe and removed from the tournament. Kay was able to return at Shine 13, in which she joined forces with Ivelisse to take on Amazing Kong and Jessicka havok.
